Return Policy

Precision Appliance Parts Return Policy

At Precision Appliance Parts, we stand behind the quality of our parts and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original condition with all original packaging, labels, and components included
  • Return Authorization Required: A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before returning any item. Returns without an approved RAN will be refused

Non-Returnable Items

  • "For Parts Only" or "As-Is" items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Installed, modified, or damaged items due to improper installation or handling are not eligible for return
  • Items missing essential components or original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Precisionapplianceparts@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line
  2. Include in the email:
    • Your full name
    • Order date
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable) showing any issues
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days and provide return instructions

Shipping & Return Process

  • If Precision Appliance Parts made an error (wrong item shipped or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs
  • If the customer ordered the wrong item or no longer needs it, the customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Items must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit
  • Returned items must include the issued RAN number on the outside of the package

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Our Right to Refuse Returns

Precision Appliance Parts reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy guidelines or is deemed fraudulent.
