Can I Cancel My Order Before It Ships?

Yes! Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund. However, due to our quick processing times we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. The sooner you contact us the better chance we have of stopping the shipment before it goes out.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order is already on its way. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders that have already shipped. However, once the item arrives you can return it for a full refund in accordance with our 30-day Return Policy.
