Are the parts OEM or aftermarket? We specialize in quality-tested, pre-owned appliance parts. All of our parts are sourced from fully functional appliances and thoroughly inspected before shipping.

Is the part functional? All of our parts are tested upon removal and were obtained from fully functional appliances so you can buy with confidence.

Do you offer a warranty? Used parts come with a history of wear and tear that varies from piece to piece. Due to variables outside our control — such as installation methods, environmental conditions, and appliance age — we do not offer warranties on used parts. We do accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

What is your exchange policy? We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund. You can then place a new order for the correct part.

How do I view my order status? You will receive an email upon shipment containing your tracking number. You can also use our Order Lookup tool on the website to get real time details on your order.

How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within one business day. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping is always free on every order.
